These terms govern your use of the TQ Diagnostic at tqdiagnostic.com, operated by Influence Ecology, LLC (“Influential U®”). By taking the diagnostic you agree to them.

The service

The TQ Diagnostic is a free, self-assessment tool based on Transactional Intelligence® (TQ). It gives you an indication of how you transact and where you sit on the High-Low TQ Spectrum™. It is for informational and developmental purposes only and is not psychological, medical, legal, or professional advice.

Your responses

You agree to answer honestly for your own benefit and to use the diagnostic for yourself. We handle your responses as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Transactional Intelligence®, the TQ Diagnostic, Personality in Transaction™, the High-Low TQ Spectrum™, and related names, content, and design are owned by Influence Ecology, LLC and its licensors. You may take the diagnostic and share your own result, but you may not copy, resell, or republish the instrument, its questions, or its scoring.

No warranty

The diagnostic is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Your result is a starting point for reflection, not a guaranteed measure of any outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influence Ecology, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the diagnostic or reliance on your result.

Changes

We may update these terms as the diagnostic evolves; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
